Billy was raised in Kingston, he graduated from Jacksonville University with a double degree in Business and Marketing, while pursuing a football career, and subsequently returned to Canada to play in the CFL, his team won the Grey Cup in 2014. Quickly, Billy became familiar with Real Estate, his family owned their own building and property holdings company.
